Management System). The new center is capable of remote managing large volume of
nodes and delivers services round the clock. And will enable Vitage to proactively
and effectively manage its' customer's critical IT assets using BSM processes and
technology that ensures high level of availability, security and meets the necessary
compliance standards.

According to Rangarajan P, CEO, Vitage Technologies, "The center and our process
compliance as per the ISO Standards are key to our promise of enabling businesses by

will eliminate the need for our customers to maintain in-house expertise besides

The company had initiated the rigorous process roll-out early last year and
successfully completed one of the fastest roll-out of the integrated processes. The
integrated compliance audit was conducted by DNV at its centre and at two customer
sites. The new remote center is capable of managing large volume of nodes across the
globe and delivers services round the clock. The center will enable Vitage to
proactively and effectively manage its' customer's critical IT assets using BSM
processes and technology that ensures high level of availability, security and meets
the necessary compliance standards.

According to Mr. Ulhas S. Argekar, ICT Manager - South Asia and Lead Auditor of DNV,

ISO20000 and ISO27001 is the recent and most beneficial to organizations' process
